Deliveries - until further notice we do not have a delivery service
Once you've placed your order, the order is received at the store where a specially trained Dewsons "shopper" finds your items, totals them, and prepares them for pick up.

Shopper service pick-up orders
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday from Dewsons Padbury. Orders placed before 11am must be picked up before 7.30pm that day. Orders placed after 11am are to be picked up the following day.

Dewsons' customer service.
In the event that you experience any difficulty with your order, call Kelly or Claire on 9401 7035 within 24 hours of your delivery. Our trained, courteous and professional staff will assist you in resolving your problem. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive, you may exchange the product for an on-the-spot credit that applies to your next order, or return the product, with your receipt, within a reasonable time to the store for a full refund. Our customer service hours are Monday through to Sunday, 8.00am to 8.00pm.

Prices
We strive to keep our on-line prices as up-to-date as possible. The actual prices charged are current store prices, that ring up on the cash register as we put your order through. On occasion, specials may change and items may sell out. If there is a discrepency please call and we will assist in resolving your problem.

Substitutions
Occasionally, something you order may be out of stock. We will substitute with another size or comparable product unless you indicate otherwise in the box provided on the order form.
